In Flows, a flow consists of a series of screenshots for each step with arrows indicating the clickable areas that lead to the next screen, visually mapping the entire process.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Soda Flows Miro app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

Soda Flows is a Miro app that allows users to import and visualize clickflows in Miro boards. The service includes:

  • Importing flows from ZIP files

  • Visualization of flows in Miro boards

  • Management of import credits

  • Purchase of additional import credits

3. User Accounts and Credits

3.1. The App requires a valid Miro account to function.
3.2. Import credits are required to use the App's import functionality.
3.3. Credits can be obtained through:

  • Purchase through the App

  • Redemption of valid voucher codes

3.4. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. Current pricing for import credits is displayed within the App.
4.2. All payments are final and non-refundable.
4.3. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when using the App

  • Use the App in compliance with Miro's terms of service

  • Not attempt to circumvent the App's credit system

  • Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Soda Flows and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2. You retain all rights to your content imported through the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7.2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Service Availability

8.1. We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee the App will be available at all times.
8.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App with reasonable notice.
